We have an opening for a central role in the commercial management of Genesta’s funds. Primarily responsible for portfolio management including the ongoing management of the portfolio financial model, KPI and cash flow projections (leadership, guidance and best practice for asset and fund level modeling). Supports fund management strategy development, decision making, board and investor communications and investment transactions (acquisitions and disposals).
The new Fund Analyst will be based in our Stockholm office and report to Senior Director and the geographical focus will primarily be on Sweden, Denmark and Norway.

As an Associate in the Fund Management team at Genesta you will quickly gain an excellent knowledge on how to evaluate and price real estate risk in the geographies and sectors we are active in. In addition to the above you will have direct access to senior staff at Genesta as well as exposure to our investors, key market participants and market leading service providers ensuring a steep learning curve.

Introduction to Genesta
Genesta Property Nordic is a private equity company specialized in commercial real estate in the Nordic countries. We raise money from institutional investors to closed-ended discretionarily managed real estate funds for direct investments in office, retail and logistics assets. Currently Genesta has 31 employees based in offices in Stockholm, Helsinki, Copenhagen and Luxembourg.

Genesta’s two currently managed funds have, since 2015, acquired thirteen assets in Stockholm, Helsinki, Oslo, Copenhagen and Jönköping taking current AUM to ca €700m. So far, the second value add fund has made on logistics acquisition in Helsinki and three office acquisitions; one in Helsinki, one in Copenhagen and one in Stockholm. The new core plus fund has acquired an office building in Solna and a retail park in Jönköping.
